Recruitment requirements:

1. Have a deep understanding of product user experience design and complete design project experience;

2. Enthusiastic about the exploration of the concept and direction in the early stage, pay attention to the development trend of various product experience design, and can clearly express the design thinking process;

3. Proficient in common design software, able to describe the color light and shade and high-quality design details, and have a deep understanding of the internal logical relationship of visual design;

4. Able to complete design tasks independently, have good design communication skills, be able to adapt to high-intensity work, and have team leadership skills;
